As a coach, I have worked with executives at Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurs spanning across industries including technology, retail, construction, healthcare, consulting, direct to consumer, and business to business services, among others. My focus areas include leadership and management development, goal and priority setting, effective feedback and communication skills, and stress management.
My approach is evidence-based, deeply grounded in the learning process, and energized by the power of big dreams and ideas. Through my work, I help clients to outline developmental goals, investigate and eliminate obstacles, and set a solid path towards growth and transformation. With professional experiences as a corporate trainer, facilitator, early childhood educator and human resources executive, I am ready to meet you where you are.
I am CTI (Coaches Training Institute) trained and also a professional member of the International Coaching Federation and the Coaching Institute. I have two Master’s Degrees, one in Education and Human Development (George Washington University) and another in Communication (American University) plus a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science (Brown University). I also have an honorary PhD in commitment and gratitude (from the school of life) after celebrating nearly 30 years of marriage and almost 24 years of raising three beautiful human beings.
